2. Description of Service

Tyci Audit provides human-led security auditing services for AI-generated and no-code applications. Our expert engineers manually review code, infrastructure, and configurations, supported by industry-standard automated scanning tools.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Using the website or services for any unlawful purpose.
Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the website.
Inputting data that violates third-party intellectual property rights or is illegally obtained.

4. Intellectual Property

Client IP: The Client retains all rights to the code and data provided for auditing.
Audit Reports: Upon full payment, the Client receives a perpetual license to use and distribute the final audit reports.
Company IP: Tyci Audit retains all rights to its proprietary methodologies, tools, software architecture, and expertise developed during the engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, we are not liable for:

Business decisions made based on audit findings that were not subject to proper internal review by the Client.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions or delays caused by third-party providers.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland.
